PHARMACIST - INPATIENT PHARMACY

Aspirus Medford Hospital, Medford, WI Full Time (1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period) 10-hour day shifts, every third weekend, holiday rotation Compassion. Accountability. Collaboration. Foresight. The Pharmacist serves as a specialist in a selected area of pharmaceutical care with the goal being the safe, efficacious, and cost-effective use of drugs and information about drugs to achieve outcomes that improve patient quality of life.

Experience/Qualifications:

Knowledge of pharmaceutical standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's or Doctorate Degree in pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy, with a Doctorate required for some specialty areas of clinical practice as defined by specialty description. Completion of a residency and/or fellowship in pharmacy practice preferred and management experience desired but not required. Membership in the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) or the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin (PSW) desired.

Licensure:

Possesses current Wisconsin licensure as a pharmacist.
