Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for experienced inpatient pharmacists to support a well-established hospital setting in Middleton, WI. This 13-week contract role begins on June 29 and requires dedication to clinical pharmaceutical care for hospitalized patients across various shifts.
Schedule:
One Day Shift:
6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
One Mid Shift:
11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
One Evening Shift:
2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. All shifts are 5 days per week, 8 hours per shift, with rotating every third weekend Responsibilities include: Delivering inpatient/acute care pharmacy services with a focus on clinical accuracy and patient safety Managing pharmacokinetic and renal dosing calculations Conducting therapeutic medication monitoring and pharmacotherapy management tailored to medical conditions Assisting in drug shortage management and maintaining medication efficacy Utilizing the EPIC electronic medical record system proficiently for documentation and order verification
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years recent inpatient pharmacy experience Valid Wisconsin pharmacist license or eligibility through an ACT-10 license Competency in
EPIC EMR
required Commitment to fit testing protocols requiring clean-shaven face for proper mask seal (CAPRs/PAPRs not permitted) Ability to provide high-quality care within a fast-paced hospital environment Upon commencement, scrubs will be provided for your convenience.
