Responsibilities include:

Verifying IV medication orders to ensure accuracy and patient safety Preparing IV admixtures in the clean room environment as needed Performing other clinical duties to support pharmacy operations and patient care Ideal candidates will possess: Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license At least 2 years of recent experience in sterile compounding, with expertise in home infusion highly preferred Recent and demonstrated IV preparation experience CPR certification is preferred but not required Ability to work Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts typically from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Availability for on-call duties every fourth weekend and one night per week This role emphasizes clinical precision in a fast-paced pharmacy setting dedicated to patient-centered care.
