Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire This opportunity offers a rewarding role for a Clinical Pharmacist with strong expertise in sterile compounding and home infusion. The position is contract to hire, with a minimum six-month contract period before consideration for a permanent role.
Responsibilities include:
Verifying IV medication orders to ensure accuracy and patient safety Preparing IV admixtures in the clean room environment as needed Performing other clinical duties to support pharmacy operations and patient care Ideal candidates will possess: Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license At least 2 years of recent experience in sterile compounding, with expertise in home infusion highly preferred Recent and demonstrated IV preparation experience CPR certification is preferred but not required Ability to work Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts typically from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Availability for on-call duties every fourth weekend and one night per week This role emphasizes clinical precision in a fast-paced pharmacy setting dedicated to patient-centered care. The contract to hire structure offers a pathway to permanent employment for those who demonstrate exceptional skills and commitment.
Working hours:
