Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract This opportunity is for a Pharmacist position in a Long-Term Care (LTC) specialty setting, located in Middleton, WI. The position operates primarily Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating weekend shifts. This is a 13-week contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide pharmaceutical care in a LTC environment, ensuring accuracy and patient safety Utilize QS1 for order entry and prescription processing Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and support patient outcomes Manage and verify prescriptions according to regulatory and safety standards Qualifications /
Desired Experience:
Valid Wisconsin pharmacy license Experience in retail or LTC pharmacy settings Proficient with QS1 pharmacy management system Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Schedule/Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Rotating weekends
