Core Responsibilities:

Provide expert clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient setting Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes Utilize IT systems such as Cerner and Pyxis for medication management and documentation Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards Support medication reconciliation and patient counseling efforts

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
