Job Description
Jackson HealthPros is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support partner healthcare facilities across Nashville, TN. In this role, you will verify and dispense medications, review orders for safety and accuracy, and counsel patients and clinical staff on appropriate medication use. You will collaborate closely with nurses and physicians, support medication reconciliation, and help maintain regulatory compliance and inventory control.
