Pharmacist - Per Diem ($60 - $67 an hour)

The Miravida Living pharmacy is a non-profit, independent pharmacy that serves assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitative care, dementia care and apartment living residents. The Staff Pharmacist performs day to day professional pharmaceutical management operations and pharmacy consultation services for the pharmacy department which includes drug acquisition, distribution and monitoring, identifying, resolving, and preventing drug related problems that may affect optimal resident care outcomes and to work collaboratively with and communicate to our medical and nursing staff, as well as to all ancillary services. Ensures that department goals and objectives are consistent with Miravida Living's mission. Required Education and Experience Graduate of a College of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmacy Education. Bachelor of Science or Pharm. D degree. Wisconsin state licensure as a pharmacist. Position Type and Expected Hours Primary hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Monday through Friday. To fill in for Pharmacy Director for vacations and project days. Staffing vaccination clinics in the Fall. Minimum one day a month. All coverage time is planned well in advance.
