Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract Provide expert pharmaceutical care in a 250-bed hospital setting, supporting patient health and medication management. This 13+ week contract position begins as soon as possible and offers a dynamic work schedule with rotating shifts to meet hospital needs.
Location:
Marshfield, WI Schedule/Hours:
7 days on, 7 days off Rotate between 2nd shift (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and 3rd shift (9:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Workweek typically starts on
Wednesday Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense medications and ensure compliance with hospital standards Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapy Utilize Cerner and Omnicell systems for medication management and documentation Participate in hospital rounds and provide drug information and education to medical staff Adhere to safety protocols and maintain accurate medication records
Qualifications:
Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin or willingness to obtain an Act 10 temporary license Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred Familiarity with Cerner and Omnicell systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills This is a contract opportunity ideal for pharmacists seeking to apply their hospital experience in a supportive environment.
