About the role We're hiring a pharmacist graduate intern at our Tomah, WI location. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on, supervised experience in a high-functioning independent pharmacy environment while you complete the steps toward full licensure. We are open to part-time or full-time schedules and will work with your availability. You'll work alongside licensed pharmacists who are invested in your development — not just your output. Our team takes mentorship seriously, and we see graduate interns as future colleagues, not temporary help. We also understand that passing boards is the priority right now, and we'll build your schedule around that. Store Hours Monday•

Saturday:

9:00 am•2:00 pm

Sunday:

Closed No evenings. No Sundays. Saturday coverage is on a rotating basis upon full licensure. What you'll do Assist with prescription verification, dispensing, and patient counseling under pharmacist supervision Support clinical services including immunizations, medication therapy management, and patient consultations Build relationships with patients in a community pharmacy setting Learn the operational side of independent pharmacy management Complete internship hours required for licensure in accordance with Wisconsin State Board requirements What we're looking for Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program (PharmD) Eligible for a Wisconsin pharmacist intern license, or ability to obtain one Ability to obtain full Wisconsin pharmacist licensure within 6 months of hire Licensed to administer immunizations, or willingness to obtain immunization certification — we'll support you in completing this Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in patient care Reliable, professional, and team-oriented What we offer Competitive hourly pay Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance available Flexible scheduling built around your board exam prep — we want you to pass No evenings, no Sundays Genuine mentorship from experienced independent pharmacists A clear path toward a full pharmacist role upon licensure A workplace culture that values people over metrics How to apply Apply directly through Indeed.
