Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire This position offers the opportunity to work as a Clinical Pharmacist in a dynamic healthcare environment, focusing on sterile compounding and home infusion services. Candidates must be prepared for a contract-to-hire arrangement, committing to at least six months under contract before a permanent offer is considered. Location Waukesha, WI Schedule Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts) On-call every 4th weekend and one night per week Qualifications & Desired Experience Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license Minimum of 2 years recent sterile compounding experience Recent IV experience is required CPR certification preferred Minimum of 2 years recent home infusion experience preferred Responsibilities Verify IV medication orders accurately and efficiently Prepare IV medications in a clean room setting as needed Perform various clinical pharmacy duties related to medication management and patient care This role requires a pharmacist who is detail-oriented, capable of working independently and as part of a clinical team, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.
