Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Travel Soliant has an opening for a Hospital Staff Pharmacist - Inpatient Pharmacist . This 13-week assignment is based in a hospital and offers a dynamic clinical environment for pharmacists with strong inpatient experience. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hospital pharmacy experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting alongside an interdisciplinary care team. Responsibilities Verify and process physician medication orders accurately and efficiently Supervise and support pharmacy technician staff Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams on medication therapy decisions Perform pharmacokinetic monitoring and dosing adjustments Ensure compliance with all medication safety and regulatory standards Skills Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams Ability to adapt to variable day and afternoon shifts Proficiency in hospital pharmacy systems and workflow Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License Experience working in inpatient hospital settings Familiarity with EPIC and Pyxis preferred Experience Minimum of one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required Experience in a large hospital or health system preferred Pharmacokinetics experience preferred Education Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy Work Hours Variable Day and Afternoon Shifts 40 hours per week Industry Healthcare / Hospital Pharmacy to this travel pharmacist position or submit your resume to learn more about additional pharmacy opportunities available nationwide through Soliant Health.
