Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire A retail/outpatient pharmacy in Bridgeport, West Virginia, seeks a licensed pharmacist for a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity. Situated conveniently in the parking lot of a medical building, this role offers a chance to provide essential pharmaceutical care within a supportive community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy, safety, and proper dosage Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence Support daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management and dispensing Maintain strict compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and procedures

Qualifications and Experience:

Active West Virginia pharmacist license in good standing Experience in retail or outpatient pharmacy preferred Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities Commitment to a long-term, permanent pharmacy role Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00

PM Schedule and Location:
