D. from an accredited institution Active, unrestricted Wyoming pharmacist license Minimum 2 years pharmacy experience Preferred qualifications Pharmacy residency completion Board certification in a pharmacy specialty Prior clinical or hospital pharmacy experience Required skills and knowledge Pharmacology, therapeutics, and pharmaceutical calculations Proficiency with pharmacy systems and healthcare technology Strong communication, patient counseling, and leadership skills Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced clinical environment Commitment to continuing professional development Compliance Flu vaccination required or approved medical/religious exemption
COVID-19
vaccination required or approved medical/religious exemption Key duties and responsibilities Accurately dispense medications and review/interpret physician orders Provide medication therapy management and monitor patient outcomes Educate and counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations Manage inventory, medication ordering, and pharmaceutical supply chain tasks Maintain accurate patient and pharmacy documentation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to optimize therapy Provide medication education and clinical support to clinical staff Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and interns
