Days Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Clinical/Staff Pharmacist to provide safe and effective pharmacy services in a hospital setting. Responsibilities Dispense medications accurately and safely. Review and verify physician medication orders. Provide medication therapy management and patient counseling. Monitor patient medication outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate medication and patient records. Manage medication inventory and supplies. Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations. Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and interns. Qualifications Pharm.

D. degree from an accredited institution. Active, unrestricted Wyoming Pharmacist License. Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience. Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred. Strong medication and pharmacology knowledge. Strong communication and patient counseling skills. Ability to work effectively in a healthcare team. Additional Requirements Flu vaccination required or valid medical/religious exemption.
