This role plays an important part in ensuring successful program implementation across different studies, supporting program leadership, and fostering strong partnership with key stakeholders. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with faculty investigators and research staff to coordinate grant administration, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operations across a portfolio of studies.
Job Duties:
Coordinate daily operations of pharmacy research programs and keep projects on track Serve as the liaison between research leadership team, pharmacies, and key partners Organize and facilitate regular program meetings including preparing and distributing agendas, taking minutes, and providing progress updates. Oversee IRB documentation, track program activities, and ensure quality and compliance Produce professional written communication including reports, summaries and program materials for internal and external audiences. Help manage budget, track expenditures, and support reporting to funders.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience with research or community-based programs. Physical Demands Driving Requirements This position does not drive a university owned vehicle Salary Range $50,000 - $55,000 at 1.00 FTE Additional Salary Information The salary range reflects our good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of posting, the role and associated responsibilities, and the experience, education, and training of the selected candidate.
