This person assists the Executive Director of Institutional Advancement with planning, implementing, coordinating, and meeting the strategic goals of The Institutional Advancement Assistant serves as an integral member of the successful Advancement operation. This person assists the Executive Director of Institutional Advancement in planning, implementing, and coordinating efforts to meet the strategic goals of Grace School of Theology by providing data, mail, and email services for an effective annual, major-gift, planned, and capital-giving program. This person will also provide support to the VP of Institutional Advancement (CDO). The Institutional Advancement Assistant works closely with members of the Institutional Advancement team and the Finance Office to ensure accuracy in its financial reporting. This position requires a positive attitude toward the organization and philanthropy; strict confidentiality and discretion; superior organizational and interpersonal skills; self-reliance and self-motivation; and the ability to multitask in a highly active work environment. The Institutional Advancement Assistant will handle a wide range of relationships and situations while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
