Jefferson Regional Retail Pharmacy DepartmentJob Summary:
The Pharmacy Clerk will answer the phone calls, greet customers, take prescriptions, confirm insurance information, and handle payments when the order is ready. When not working with customers, review inventory and keep shelves stocked and organized. The Clerk will obtain correct mailing information, payment verification, and ensure proper delivery method is selected following established policies and procedures.Pharmacy Clerk Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.Minimum Requirements:
Must be able to follow oral and written instructions and communicate with others effectively Ability to de-escalate situations using proper crucial conversation skills.Basic understanding and knowledge of computer programs.

Preferred Requirements:
