Manage daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency and quality patient care Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative work environment Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes Oversee inventory management, procurement, and budgetary considerations Implement policies and procedures to improve pharmacy services
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Pharmacy Manager or Director of Pharmacy Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the state board Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities This is a confidential assignment, so the specific organization details will be shared directly with qualified candidates during the recruitment process.
