Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist - Retail Job Type All Job Types A retail pharmacy opportunity is available for a skilled pharmacist ready to manage a medium to high volume prescription workload. This position requires hands-on experience and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate dispensing and exceptional patient care.
Location:
Based in Clovis, CA, with a daily commute of no more than 30-40 minutes to surrounding smaller communities near Fresno.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday Excellent, predictable weekday hours
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense medications and counsel patients on proper use Manage and oversee prescription verification and inventory control Utilize Rx30 pharmacy software to process prescriptions and patient records Collaborate with support staff to maintain smooth workflow within the pharmacy Uphold all pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety protocols Engage patients to provide medication therapy management as needed
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months retail pharmacy experience with medium to high volume Rx management Proficiency with Rx30 software system preferred Spanish-speaking ability is strongly preferred but not required since pharmacy technicians are bilingual Willingness to commute within designated area, including smaller communities around Fresno This role is ideal for a pharmacist seeking consistent weekday hours and an opportunity to apply their retail pharmacy expertise while supporting diverse patient needs.
