Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled pharmacist to provide vital maternity leave coverage at a busy retail pharmacy site in Fresno, CA. This 13-week contract assignment, starting the last week of August, offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense prescription medications in compliance with state and federal laws Provide expert counseling to patients regarding medication use and potential side effects Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers to optimize patient care Maintain meticulous records and ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly during coverage period Uphold high standards of safety and quality assurance in pharmacy practices
Desired Experience:
Licensed Pharmacist with current and valid licensing for the state Proven experience in retail pharmacy settings Strong knowledge of prescription medications and pharmaceutical laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage workflow efficiently
Schedule/Hours:
