Pay ranges from $175,000-$200,000/annually
The Director of Pharmacy Job Details:
Full-time, direct hire position Mon-Fri schedule, day shift, may require additional hours as needed Great leadership and administration team! Manage pharmacy department operations, including staff scheduling, ongoing performance evaluation, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Exhibit and sustain proficiency in clinical health-system pharmacy practices, including antimicrobial stewardship, sterile and non-sterile compounding, controlled substance management, hospital accreditation standards, anticoagulation therapy oversight, and medication safety. This is a working director role
The Director of Pharmacy Minimum Qualifications:
Must have active Pharmacist License Must have at least 3 years of inpatient pharmacy experience Must have at least 2 years of leadership experience
