The Role Pharmacy Manager, partnering directly with the owner, clients, and patients, and leading the team. What You'll Own Day-to-day of our long-term care and community practice operation: cycle fills, scheduling, dispensing oversight, workflow Facility relationships with administrators and prescribers, and the growth of that book A small, tenured team you'll lead and mentor Operational rhythm: quality, compliance, and the details that separate a great pharmacy from an average one A seat at the strategy table with the owner on growth and new service lines What We Offer $70-$75/hour depending on experience Performance bonus tied to long-term care growth, structured after your first 30 days 401(k) with employer matching Paid time off Family-owned since 1921.
