Job Purpose and Summary:
- The District Pharmacy Coordinator (DPC) plays a critical role supporting the effective coordination of scheduling in pharmacies across their market.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

are supported and scheduled effectively. Strive to utilize pharmacist base hours effectively and partner with the Rx DL for timely review of HUB/HOB use. Escalate any financial risk (e.g. Hours Under Base) for the Rx DL's attention.- 60% 2. Track and submit pharmacist payroll weekly, in accordance with the CVS Pharmacist Payroll Administrative Guide. Enter regular and other applicable non-work time (e.g. vacation, sick, etc.), enter any shift or market-specific requirements (e.g. night rates, predictability pay, etc.), and review for quality assurance prior to submission.

Education:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
- Required Associates Degree
- Preferred Other License(s): Unless otherwise required by the Board of Pharmacy (BOP), Pharmacy Technician Licensure/Certification must be obtained no later than 90 days in role.

Essential Qualifications and Functions:
- + • Regular and predictable attendance is required and position may require a flexible work schedule to accommodate business needs• 1+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment• High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred• Unless otherwise required by the Board of Pharmacy (BOP), Pharmacy Technician Licensure/Certification must be obtained no later than 90 days in role.
- Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals
- Strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech
- Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet assignment deadlines with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Physical demands + Enter data using a keyboard + Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time + Lift, scan, and bag items + Reach overhead; stretch or reach out with the body, arms, and/or legs to grasp items and as needed to distribute totes or place merchandise on shelves + Move fingers repetitively; picking, pinching, typing, or otherwise working primarily with fingers rather than whole hand or arm + Extend hand(s) and arm(s) multiple directions to place, move, or lift items + Control precision; quickly adjust machines to exact positions + Stoop to a considerable degree, requiring full use of the lower extremities and back muscles to move items between low and high positions, including bending spine at the waist + Close visual acuity to perform activities such as: transcribing, viewing a computer/POS terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts + Occasionally lift of up to 20•40lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Pharmacy Lead Technician experience strongly preferred + Familiarity and experience with mySchedule and Workbrain or other scheduling/time and attendance/payroll systems strongly preferred
