What You'll Do As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing daily pharmacy workflows, staffing, and scheduling for accurate LTC medication dispensing. Reviewing physician orders, conducting drug regimen reviews, and supervising IV/psychotropic monitoring. Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory standards, including inventory and narcotics handling. Training and leading a team of three pharmacists and six technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment. Acting as the primary liaison between the pharmacy and nursing facility leadership to support seamless operations. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Active Registered Pharmacist license in Colorado. At least 1 year of Long-Term Care experience or 1 year of pharmacy management experience in a retail setting. Ability to quickly learn proprietary pharmacy software and adapt to new systems.
