As Director of Inpatient Pharmacy, this role guides the hospital pharmacy across centralized and decentralized services—covering sterile compounding, medication distribution and reconciliation, clinical rounding, perioperative support, ED and ICU coverage, and transitions of care—with an emphasis on medication safety, formulary stewardship, emergency response readiness, and informatics-driven optimization.
