Full Benefits Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Bilingual Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to oversee daily retails pharmacy operations at our Miami, FL location. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of consistent retail pharmacy management experience , an active Florida Pharmacist License , and excellent leadership and communication skills. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. The Pharmacist in Charge will be responsible for ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing pharmacy inventory, and leading the pharmacy technician team. Key Responsibilities Review and process provider prescriptions to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and legal compliance. Prepare and dispense medications using appropriate dosages and materials. Oversee daily pharmacy operations and maintain an efficient workflow. Manage medication inventory, including stocking, labeling, storage, and expiration monitoring. Maintain accurate patient profiles and medication dispensing records. Provide professional guidance and medication information to patients and customers. Lead, supervise, and direct the daily activities of pharmacy technicians. Develop and manage pharmacy technician schedules. Provide input regarding employee performance, attendance, and behavioral concerns. Communicate staffing, leave requests, and other personnel matters to senior management. Ensure the pharmacy and its employees comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations . Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA) requirements, and applicable pharmacy policies. Ensure employees understand and follow facility policies and procedures. Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy regulations, standards, and best practices. Perform other pharmacy-related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree . Active and unrestricted Florida Pharmacist License — candidates with licenses in process will not be considered. Minimum 3-5 years of retail pharmacy management experience . Previous pharmacy leadership or management experience. Fluent in English and Spanish — required. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and management skills. Ability to effectively supervise and manage pharmacy technicians. Experience using pharmacy/patient management systems. Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, HIPAA, and compliance requirements. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for prolonged periods. Frequent use of hands to handle, control, or operate pharmacy equipment and products. Ability to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be an experienced Pharmacist Manager or Pharmacist in Charge with at least 3 years of retail pharmacy management experience . Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership abilities, excellent patient/customer service skills, and a thorough understanding of pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.

Pay:
$140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
