care. This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate, expert pharmaceutical services to a sensitive patient population, primarily serving the Plantation (Ft. Lauderdale) area with options to support Avita Pharmacy as well. Candidates will be critical in fostering trust and delivering high-quality care within a supportive team environment.
Location:
Winter Garden, FL (with coverage primarily in Plantation area)
Schedule/Hours:
Per diem availability with shifts primarily Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m.
  • 5:30 p.m. Fridays 8:30 a.m.
  • 12:30 p.m. No weekend shifts required Immediate coverage needed for Thursday, July 30, 8:30 a.m.

Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medications with a focus on
HIV/AIDS
specialty drugs Provide empathetic, respectful care while maintaining patient confidentiality and trust Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and pharmacy team members to ensure seamless patient support Demonstrate pharmacy intuition by proactively identifying and addressing workflow needs
Desired Qualifications:
1-2 years of retail or specialty experience, explicitly including
HIV/AIDS
medication dispensing Proficiency with QS1 pharmacy software Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to punctuality and reliability in attendance A positive attitude and a deep sensitivity to the unique needs of the
HIV/AIDS
patient community
Candidate Requirements:
Up-to-date resume clearly outlining
HIV/AIDS
dispensing experience Valid Florida pharmacist license This per diem position is ideal for pharmacists seeking flexible scheduling while making a meaningful impact.
