You will collaborate closely with hospital leadership, including the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer, to support high-quality pharmacy services aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active Illinois Pharmacist license required Previous experience in hospital pharmacy leadership essential Demonstrated expertise in operational management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with multidisciplinary leadership teams
