Director of Pharmacy

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Proven experience as Director of Pharmacy or similar leadership role in a hospital or healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication management, and regulatory requirements. Experience managing diverse pharmacy teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to adapt quickly and lead through transitional periods as an interim leader. Licensure as a Pharmacist in the state or eligible for licensure in Indiana.
