Job Description

Category Pharmacy-Director of Pharmacy Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for an experienced Interim Director of Pharmacy to lead pharmacy operations in Lebanon, IN. This contract position requires a skilled professional to oversee departmental functions, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality patient care.
Responsibilities include:
Leading the pharmacy department with strategic planning and operational management. Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and organizational pharmacy regulations. Managing budgets, procurement, and inventory control. Supervising, mentoring, and developing pharmacy staff. Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and safety. Implementing policies and procedures to improve workflow and patient outcomes.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Director of Pharmacy or equivalent leadership role. Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Pharmacy degree and appropriate licensure.
