Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of the pharmacy department Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering professional growth Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes Manage budgeting, inventory control, and procurement processes Monitor pharmacy performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement Ensure adherence to accreditation standards and safety protocols
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Director of Pharmacy or similar leadership role In-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory requirements, and clinical pharmacy services Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Proven ability to manage budgets and drive operational efficiency Licensure as a pharmacist in the state or eligibility to obtain it
