Stepworks operates an embedded pharmacy within our rural health clinic, Intensive Health. Operating hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00. No weekends. The pharmacy serves our integrated primary care and behavioral health office at Intensive Health and also our Stepworks outpatient and residential facilities. Current volume averages 150 prescriptions per day. Stepworks is a thriving company and trusted addiction treatment provider with facilities throughout Kentucky. QUALIFICATIONS

bachelor's degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy registered/licensed pharmacist in Kentucky three years of experience in retail/community practice one year of management experience preferred successful completion of all required certifications strong leadership and communication skills competent and knowledgeable of state and federal laws

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING

daytoday operations of the pharmacy including filling prescriptions safely and accurately; financial management; inventory control; clinical services; patient safety; and pharmacy adherence to all corporate policies and federal and state regulations hiring, directing, and supervising pharmacy team members effectively leading and developing the pharmacy team crisis intervention, first aid, CPR (training provided)
