SCOPE:
The Senior Specialty Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the execution, operational performance, and staff leadership of Specialty Pharmacy services across the State of Louisiana. This role ensures high-quality, compliant, and efficient operations aligned with enterprise strategy, payer requirements, and regulatory standards. The role is accountable for executing approved initiatives, maintaining operational alignment, and elevating items requiring strategic, financial, or formulary decision-making to appropriate leadership.FUNCTIONS

Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy (Pharm.D. preferred).
