Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of inpatient pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Manage pharmacy staff scheduling, recruitment, and staffing to maintain optimal department functionality. Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to enhance pharmacy services and patient care. Ensure accurate medication dispensing, inventory control, and quality assurance in the inpatient setting. Qualifications:

Must hold an active Massachusetts pharmacy license. Proven experience in hospital pharmacy management, particularly inpatient services. Demonstrated ability to lead and staff pharmacy teams effectively. Strong references required; preference given to candidates who have previously worked with the staffing agency. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
