Pharmacy Program ManagerThe Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced program manager with over healthcare experience, specializing in pharmacy within Medicare Part B or Medicare Part D programs. Serves as a key leader overseeing an integrated team of payment policy specialists, clinical reviewers, statisticians, and data analysts to achieve CMS goals and objectives related to these programs. This role encompasses directing policy analysis, validating advanced analyses, and supervising clinical reviews. Leveraging deep pharmacy knowledge and extensive leadership experience, the Program Manager plays a critical role in identifying and evaluating program enhancements and innovative solutions to improve the Medicare Program.
You Have:
15+ years of experience in pharmacy roles7+ years of experience in pharmacy roles in Medicare Part B and D programsExperience working with CMS data or health claims data, including Medicare and Medicaid, in the Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) environmentExperience facilitating large meetings with both internal and external audiences, and managing integrated teams, including subcontractors, with full oversight of contract budgets and delivery risksExperience with the federal procurement and proposal processExperience identifying, reporting, and mitigating contract, budget, or delivery risks proactivelyExperience collaborating with government payer programs, including Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)Knowledge of Medicare Advantage encounter data and Prescription Drug Event (PDE) dataAbility to deliver technical recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders using a variety of delivery techniquesBachelor's degree in
PharmacyNice If You Have:
Experience with pharmaceutical benefit management organizations.

Experience in presenting technical reports and findings to Senior Level leaders, and working with stakeholder especially relating to pharmacists, clinicians, suppliers, and regulatory bodiesExperience as a clinical pharmacistKnowledge of healthcare technology systems related to pharmacy, such as electronic health records (EHR), pharmacy information systems, or medication administration softwareKnowledge of analytic programming languages including R, Python, SAS, or SQLKnowledge of pharmaceutical care processes and pharmacy regulatory environmentsAbility to provide published research in peer-reviewed journalsAbility to analyze pharmacy data to drive evidence-based decisions and quality improvement initiativesDoctorate degree in Economics, Statistics, Pharmacy or related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Pharmacy CertificationCompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being.
