About Us We are a growing, patient-focused independent pharmacy dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and personalized care. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team, oversee daily operations, and ensure the highest level of patient care and regulatory compliance. Position Summary The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including staff supervision, workflow management, inventory control, regulatory compliance, and patient services. The ideal candidate is an effective leader with excellent communication skills, strong clinical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy. Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians, and support staff. Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations. Maintain accurate medication dispensing and verification processes. Manage inventory, ordering, and medication storage. Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and patients. Resolve patient concerns and provide exceptional customer service. Monitor pharmacy performance and implement process improvements. Assist with third-party billing, prior authorizations, and insurance issues as needed. Maintain quality assurance and medication safety standards. Support business growth through patient engagement and community outreach. Qualifications Current Pharmacy Technician License required. Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with pharmacy management software and insurance processing preferred.
