Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist - Retail Job Type All Job Types A retail pharmacy is seeking a skilled Staff Pharmacist to support their team in providing outstanding pharmaceutical care. This opportunity is primarily located in Plummer, MN, with the potential for ongoing employment and a preference for a permanent placement. The pharmacy operates four locations within the state, integrating advanced technology such as a new dispensing robot to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Monday to
Friday:
9:00 AM - 6:00
PM Saturday:
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Approximately 40 hours per week with potential flexibility for relief shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense prescribed medications accurately and counsel patients regarding proper use Manage a high volume of prescriptions, averaging 600 scripts per week, with busiest day on Monday Utilize advanced pharmacy systems, including EnterpriseRX, to maintain accurate records and manage inventory Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure smooth operations Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations and procedures
Desired Qualifications:
Licensed Pharmacist with relevant retail pharmacy experience Strong proficiency supporting and supervising pharmacy technicians Comfortable working with pharmacy automation technology, such as robotic dispensing systems Ability to handle high prescription volume efficiently and with accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Benefits of this role include working within an established pharmacy network with investment in innovative technology and a supportive team environment.
