Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist - Retail Job Type All Job Types A retail pharmacy is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join their team in Red Lake Falls, MN. This position offers an opportunity to work with a well-established pharmacy operating multiple locations across Minnesota, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and pharmacy services.
Schedule & Hours:
Monday to
Friday:
9:00 AM - 6:00
PM Saturday:
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM 40 hours per week, with potential flexibility for relief roles
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a prescription volume of approximately 600 scripts per week, with Mondays being the busiest day Utilize a new robotic system to streamline dispensing processes and enhance accuracy Collaborate with a strong pharmacy technician team to maintain efficient workflow Accurately dispense medications, counsel patients, and provide professional advice on health and wellness Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and enterprise software systems such as
EnterpriseRX Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Licensed and registered Pharmacist with retail pharmacy experience Proficient in managing high prescription volumes while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with pharmacy automation and robotic systems is highly valued Ability to work effectively with pharmacy technicians and healthcare professionals Strong customer service orientation and communication skills This role is available immediately and can be considered as ongoing or temp-to-hire, with a goal to find a permanent fit.
