Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist - Retail Job Type All Job Types A retail pharmacist opportunity is available at a well-established pharmacy with multiple locations across Minnesota, serving communities with dedication and care. This role offers a blend of consistent weekday hours with a half-day on Saturday, providing a balanced schedule for work-life harmony. The pharmacy is equipped with advanced technology, including a state-of-the-art dispensing robot and robust technician support, enabling pharmacists to focus on patient care and accuracy.

Saint Hilaire, MN (with operations in various locations across the state)
Schedule & Hours:
Monday to
Friday:
9:00 AM - 6:00
PM Saturday:
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM 40 hours per week, with potential flexibility for relief pharmacists seeking fewer hours
Responsibilities:
Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment processing approximately 600 prescriptions weekly Manage Monday's high volume effectively, ensuring patient counseling and medication therapy review Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and support staff to optimize pharmacy operations Utilize EnterpriseRX software system and pharmacy robot technology to enhance service delivery Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Desired Qualifications:
Licensure as a Pharmacist in the state of Minnesota Experience in retail pharmacy settings with familiarity in managing prescription volume and workflow Ability to adapt to and leverage pharmacy automation and technology tools Strong communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration Commitment to ongoing professional development and exceptional customer service This assignment could start immediately, with the option to engage on a temporary to permanent basis, aiming for a long-term placement.
