The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while accurately preparing and dispensing medications and healthcare products. customer service to our patients, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Prepare medication and other healthcare products for patients according to prescription orders. Measure dosage of medications accurately following prescription instructions. Process prescriptions using computer software efficiently and accurately. Label and record dosage information clearly and correctly. Monitor storage conditions and inventory levels of medications and supplies to maintain proper stock. Answer phone calls directed to the store, assisting customers with inquiries and requests. Handle monetary transactions, including cash, credit, and insurance payments. Assist customers both in the store and over the phone with courtesy and professionalism. Qualifications Minimum of one year of customer service experience within the last six years, with two or more years preferred. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to accurately measure and prepare medications. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills and ability to handle monetary transactions. Pay Rate Pay starts at $18-$19/hr with pay bumps available as you learn more within the pharmacy. Higher starting pay available if you have previous pharmacy experience. Perks/Benefits
