Interim Director of Pharmacy

• Independence, MO Specialty Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Director of Pharmacy for an interim assignment at a behavioral health hospital in the Independent, Missouri area.

Assignment Details Start:

June 1

Duration:

Ongoing until permanent hire

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00am

• 5:00pm plus on-call

Weekend:

On-call only Requirements Active Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing Inpatient hospital experience required Behavioral health experience preferred Leadership experience preferred Responsibilities Pharmacy leadership and oversight Supporting hospital startup and pharmacy setup Medication ordering and coordination with nursing staff Omnicell stocking and automation support Policy and procedure development General pharmacy operations Additional Information Hospital environment Order entry system: HCS or Cerner (preferred)

Automation:
