Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire Soliant is seeking an experienced Retail Pharmacist for a contract opportunity with an outpatient pharmacy setting in the Kansas City, Missouri area. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys direct patient interaction, prescription verification, and working as part of a collaborative healthcare team. The position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

ASAP Responsibilities Verify and check prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness. Accurately fill and dispense medications in accordance with state and federal regulations. Supervise and support pharmacy technicians throughout daily workflow. Counsel patients regarding medications, proper usage, side effects, and treatment plans. Maintain compliance with pharmacy policies and procedures. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Assist with additional pharmacy duties as assigned. Requirements Active Missouri Pharmacist license. Previous retail pharmacy experience required. Full-time availability for the duration of the assignment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
