As a Clinical Pharmacy Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of advanced pharmacy practice models, oversee education and training initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, scholarship, and evidence-based care. What You'll Do To Drive Clinical Excellence Design, implement, and optimize innovative clinical pharmacy services. Advance patient-centered care through evidence-based, cost-effective treatment strategies. Partner with physicians, nursing leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Lead and Inspire Teams Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain a high-performing pharmacy workforce. Foster a collaborative, engaged, and inclusive team culture. Support career growth and professional development across the department. Champion Education & Research Oversee pharmacy education programs, training initiatives, and professional development activities. Support residency programs, preceptorships, and continuing education opportunities. Promote research, scholarship, and publication activities that advance clinical practice. Ensure Operational & Financial Success Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Support departmental goals related to efficiency, compliance, and financial stewardship. Maintain alignment with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree from an accredited School/College of Pharmacy. Active pharmacist license in the state of practice. Minimum of 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Preferred Qualifications PGY2 Pharmacy Residency. Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) Certification. Experience leading clinical pharmacy programs, education initiatives, or research activities.
