Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Infusion Pharmacy Manager for a new pharmacy site supporting expanding home infusion services. This leadership role will oversee daily pharmacy operations and guide a team of pharmacists and technicians to ensure safe, compliant medication delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong infusion experience and leadership skills to help establish and grow services at this newly opening location. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy department Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations Maintain safe medication handling, preparation, and dispensing practices Support development and growth of home infusion service lines Promote a collaborative team environment and positive workplace culture Monitor workflow efficiency and implement operational improvements Experience Minimum of 2 years of infusion pharmacy experience required Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience strongly preferred Experience supporting home infusion services preferred Qualifications Current North Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Ability to maintain compliance and quality standards Skills Strong leadership and team-building abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage workflow and prioritize tasks Commitment to patient safety and quality care Ability to build productive, cooperative relationships across teams Send resumes to for immediate consideration and call 281-552-7278 for more details about compensation and timeline.
