POSITION SUMMARY
The Director is responsible for the operation of Pharmacy Services, including strategic planning, day-to-day operations, pharmaceutical care, clinical and distributive services, financial mangement and personnel management. Pharmacy Services includes both inpatient and ambulatory pharmay locations and serives EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required:
BS Pharmacy or Pharm D., Valid NC license to practice pharmacy. Substantial experience as a hospital pharmacist
Preferred:
Above plus MBA or MPH. Pharmacy Practice Residency (or equivalent) with Board of Pharmacy Specialty (BPS) certification. . Incumbent will be required to attain a minimum of 15 hours of ACPE approved continuing education annually.
