Assures that Novant Health pharmacies meet patient safety, quality and affordability needs. What We're Looking For:

Education:

Graduate Degree, required. PharmD, preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience leading system initiatives and service lines in the health care setting, required. PGY1 residency or 2 years equivalent postgraduate experience in patient care, required.

Licensure/Certification:

Licensed to practice pharmacy in the applicable state(s) and in good standing with the board of Pharmacy(ies), required.

Additional Skills Required:

Master's Degree in Science/Healthcare/Business Administration/Public Health or eligible to complete within 2 years of hire - Required Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency assessment. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to work well with a variety of professionals and to work independently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong critical thinking and problem skills. Strong relationship and customer service skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other health care professionals and lead change. Possesses consulting skills. Is team-oriented, supportive, and cooperative. Ability to continuously re-prioritize, demonstrates flexibility, and processes multiple issues simultaneously. Fosters an environment that supports and respects diversity. Ability to drive/travel to multiple facilities/locations as needed.
