Category Pharmacy•Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract A Retail Pharmacy Technician position is available in Montclair, NJ, offering an opportunity to utilize your skills in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment. The role involves supporting daily pharmacy operations using the Rx30 system, ensuring accurate prescription processing, and providing excellent customer service to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and dispense prescriptions accurately in a retail setting Manage inventory and stock medications efficiently Assist pharmacists with prescription preparation and verification Provide patient counseling and answer basic medication questions Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and internal protocols Operate the Rx30 pharmacy management system

9:00am•7:00pm
Saturday:
10:00am•4:00pm
Sunday:
Closed Full-time preferred; part-time candidates may be considered
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Previous experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail environment Familiarity with retail pharmacy operations and Rx30 system Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Valid pharmacy technician certification as required by state regulations This contract position is an excellent fit for candidates seeking hands-on experience in retail pharmacy services with flexible scheduling options.
