Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary pharmacy leader, collaborating closely with the CEO and clinical teams Oversee clinical, operational, administrative, staffing, and financial aspects of the hospital pharmacy Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain high standards of patient care Manage pharmacy budgets, staffing schedules, and performance evaluations Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among pharmacy staff

Qualifications:

Successful completion of all educational requirements necessary for state licensure Minimum of three years of hospital pharmacy experience within the last five years Current valid license in the state of practice BLS certification if required by the state

Preferred:

PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree plus an advanced degree or completion of a hospital pharmacy residency At least one year of experience in a managerial role within a hospital setting Board certification and/or residency completion is highly desirable
