Job Description

Category Pharmacy•Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract This retail pharmacy technician role offers the chance to work in a dynamic pharmacy environment utilizing Rx30 pharmacy system software. The position is based in Montclair, NJ, supporting daily pharmacy operations and providing exceptional service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately fill and dispense prescriptions following established protocols Assist pharmacists with inventory management and medication stocking Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service in a retail setting Maintain compliance with pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Manage cash registers and process transactions as needed
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Previous experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail pharmacy environment Familiarity with Rx30 pharmacy system considered a strong advantage Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and team members Pharmacy Technician certification/license preferred
