RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for an urgent 12-week contract opportunity with a Home Infusion and Compounding Pharmacy in Wayne, New Jersey . This is a full-time position supporting pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and a team of pharmacists and technicians.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM 40 hours per week No on-call required

Pharmacy Technicians Director of Pharmacy Pharmacy Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

Maintain overall responsibility for pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance Oversee compliance related to sterile and hazardous drug compounding Ensure adherence to state and federal pharmacy laws, Board of Pharmacy regulations, and DEA requirements Provide leadership and oversight to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians Support staff development, training, and performance management Review and approve patient care plans for therapy appropriateness, dosing, medication compatibility, and safety Perform standard pharmacist responsibilities related to in-home intrathecal pump management Support medication verification and pharmacy workflow Maintain appropriate policies, procedures, documentation, and quality standards

Requirements:

Clear, active, and unrestricted New Jersey Pharmacist license Clear, active, and unrestricted California Pharmacist license Previous pharmacy management and/or PIC experience Experience verifying sterile medications IV compounding experience strongly preferred, but not required Sterile compounding experience is a plus Must be a local candidate able to work onsite in

Wayne, NJ Pay:

$65-$68 per hour while on contract, (based on experience.)
